Her areas of expertise include sustainable water resources management, sanitation and hygiene promotion, waste management, stakeholder engagement and consultation, water and resource efficiency, policy development and sustainable event management.
During her time within a large consultancy, Diana’s UK clients included numerous UK water companies, the UK Government, WaterAid and the Environment Agency.
Diana’s freelance consulting experience in Kenya has involved strategic water resource and sanitation management for Haki Water charity and development of renewable energy projects to generate carbon credits under the UN CDM for Carbon Africa.
She has also spent time in rural northern Nigeria, working as part of a community mobilization team for a large EU/UNICEF funded water project.
Prior to moving into the environmental field, Diana worked in public relations and communications, and she retains a keen interest in the communications and marketing aspects of conservation and sustainability.
Diana holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Durham and an MSc in Environmental Technology from Imperial College, London.
She is fluent in Spanish and has basic French.
