Dr Robin Lines (Senior Consultant) is a professional conservation biologist focusing on supporting emerging and established Protected and Conserved Areas. He has been running field-based applied research and conservation projects since 2001 in collaboration with NGOs, State Authorities, Community-Based Organizations and Academic Institutions.

With 25 years’ experience in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, Central America and the UK covering inter alia species-level conservation, landscape connectivity, wildlife-based land uses, wildlife trade and community-based natural resource management Robin has extensive experience in complex socio-ecological systems and contemporary conservation challenges.

Robin holds a PhD Biodiversity Management, an MSc Conservation Biology and is a member of IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas.
